2026 Kagurazaka Machitobi Festa

Follow the slopes to exhibitions, crafts and street performances. One small activity can help you know Kagurazaka better.

2026.10.10 — 11.03

Little discoveries spread across the neighborhood

Machitobi Festa brings together different Kagurazaka spaces, with official programs spanning exhibitions, crafts, traditional culture and street events. It offers a specific experience that takes you into the neighborhood, beyond a quick photo of a stone-paved lane.

Choose a program before choosing the day

The 2026 festival runs 10/10–11/3, but each program has its own dates, fees and capacity. Find activities such as mizuhiki cord ornaments or flower kaleidoscopes in the official list, then open the full details. The overall festival period does not mean every venue has events every day.

Leave unplanned time for walking

Choose one experience and allow around 90–180 minutes including neighborhood walking; class durations follow organizers. Restaurants, studios and homes intermingle. Check access before photographing, and keep voices low in private lanes.

Before you go

The map marks a neighborhood reference point. Use each program’s actual venue address for your activity.

Iidabashi and Kagurazaka stations approach from different directions; allow time for slope walking before booking.
