2026 DESIGN FESTA vol.64
Looking for handmade and creative pieces beyond department stores? Take time to browse at the creators’ booths.
2026.11.14 — 11.15Meet creators directly in Ariake
DESIGN FESTA focuses on original art displays, sales and performances, welcoming professional and amateur creators. It suits illustration, crafts and live-art fans; it is not a trade-only business show.
Gai Xiaomi’s small mission would be to find one loved piece that is easy to take home—more fun than trying to sweep every booth.
Choose halls first, then leave room for discoveries
This edition uses the West and South halls, with around 6,500 booths daily according to the organizer. Allow 180–240 minutes, select a few exhibitors beforehand and leave time to wander. Ask each booth about restocks, payment and photo permission.
General travelers can buy tickets too
Both days run 10:00–18:00. Advance one-day tickets ¥800, door one-day tickets ¥1,000, advance two-day tickets ¥1,500. Choose your date and check platform fees. Kokusai-tenjijo and Tokyo Big Sight are different stations—check the exact station name when navigating.
Before you go
Payment varies by booth; bring some cash and a reusable bag. Ask before photographing works or creators.
The venue is large: allow entry, walking and rest time. Admission is not your total shopping and activity budget.
